Cancellation Policy
At Studio Mirelli, we work hard to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following cancellation terms before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Period (24-Hour Policy)
Customers who wish to cancel an order must submit their cancellation request within 24 hours of completing their purchase.
Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the shipping process or been transferred to our fulfillment and delivery partners.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment during that period, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, customers may still be eligible to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within the permitted 24-hour period and the order has not yet been shipped:

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take approximately 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
4. Consumer Rights
This Cancellation Policy is intended to supplement, and not replace, any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing contained within this policy shall limit any legal rights or remedies that may be available under applicable legislation.
