At Studio Mirelli, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the return requirements outlined below are met.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Before returning any product, customers must first contact our Customer Support team to receive the appropriate return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information, as this helps ensure the safe arrival of the returned package.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the description provided, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Consumer Rights
Studio Mirelli is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent returns process in line with applicable consumer protection regulations and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund when a product is defective, does not match its description, or is otherwise unsuitable for its intended purpose.
Nothing within this policy limits or replaces any statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after confirmation of approval, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly and provide the following information:

Detailed description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
If the outer parcel was visibly damaged upon delivery, please also provide a photo of the external packaging.
After our team has reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will arrange either a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact our support team and include:

Once verified, we will organize either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges. Once the original item has been returned and is confirmed to be in transit, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item selected by the customer.
Return Address
Returns sent directly to our warehouse without prior authorization and registration through our Customer Support department cannot be processed.
Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival or returned to the sender.
