Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

After an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–12 business days.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Orders received before 05:00 AM (GMT -6) will enter processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed during the next available processing cycle.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Studio Mirelli ships exclusively within the United States.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our designated shipping area cannot be fulfilled.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers may also monitor the progress of their shipment through the Order Tracking section of our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipping carrier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection.

Should an order be returned to us due to address-related issues, our customer support team will contact you to discuss available reshipment or refund options.
